I am working there and Luchelle and the kids on Friday night in Kochi (also called Cochin) joined for the weekend. Sunday we stayed at Taj Malabar. It's probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed. It's on an island many years created back when they made the canals deeper for bigger food ships to sail there. It was only a hotel for traveling skeepsvaarders but later it into a luxury hotel converted. Inside it feels quite sometimes, or you are in a ship. We still have a "cruise" (unfortunately no booze) and took sjinese fishnets look at sunset. We spent the evening also a Kathakali (traditional food dance) watched show.
