Briton Simon Dale has designed and built a cottage with low environmental impact, which in design resembles the houses of Hobbiton. This room was created and designed shazam by Simon Dale and father in a forest in Wales. EcoCasa This is based on the works of JRR Tolkien, and it seems the authentic home of a Hobbit. The construction of this house cost only 3454 euros but implied investment between 1000 and 1500 hours of manual labor.
