I updated through kies about a week ago and everything was great. My battery life has gone down the tubes within the past few days though. Not sure if its my end or the update. And what's funny is the sprint zone app has said update now ever since I updated. wolverine Any help would be sweet. 975 Views
I too noticed a battery drain a few days after the upgrade, but it always seemed to happen when I left the house and switched from wifi to the network.  I shut off the Connections Optimizer, and everything has been fine now for just under the last 2 weeks.  Not sure if that will work for you, but it is what I did.  Battery life has been way better with the update than it was before and I have had no other problems. Racingviking, Oh no! Did you get things figured out? Battery is very important! wolverine I assume you are using the GS3. Have you tried the steps in the link below? http://support.sprint.com/support/tutorial/Conserve_Battery_Life_Samsung_Galaxy_S_III_16GB/40803-498?question_box=gs3 battery&id16=gs3 battery wolverine Thanks! Snxtr, Thank you for the reply. The best thing to do will be to contact the manufacturer directly and let them know that you upgraded via Kies and that you are being prompted for the 4.3 update.  Address that issue first then speak about the battery drain issues wolverine due to the Kies update.  The chat option for a Samsung Device Support Specialist is here:
