Then it was time for Gustaf's eagerly awaited children's parties. Then there's the middle of winter vacation could be half the children not to come. Total with my own children, they were eight. Given the volume and the games it was far enough!
Gustaf gratefully received any gifts when guests arrived and was obviously open them when everyone was gathered. Most people seem to know my son very well. There were many Beyblades, Beyblade-maze, Lego Chima and plain Lego. Obviously wanted Gustaf immediately even open the boxes and pack up all the toys but where we put the stop. The children, and Gustaf in particular, was fully up to speed.
We tried to calm them down by serving lunch and refreshments. The lunch was hot dogs and bread and juice. Since succumbed we mention another princess cake, blueberry length and ice cream in big loads. Some ate a lot, some none at all, and the whole time it was full hallabalej and life cover. But it was only laughter and fun and spirits on top.
Then came free play. There was some separation between boys and girls, but they are at the age when the interests often will differ between the sexes. We ended the party with fish pond stocked with candy bag. A good summary of it all is that the party was a huge success. I heard the fact that several children did not want to go home without stopping. Fun !!!
Some of the children (Gustaf's best friends) chose and had to stay behind. Now unpack they put every toy and playing and romping as nicely. I am a cheerful, happy and proud mom and I think Gustav is very pleased and happy and will sleep good and happy later tonight.
